My main research interests include emotion recognition ability and how to effectively train it, attention to emotional information, empathic communication, and more broadly interpersonal accuracy. I am also conducting research on further topics such as conflict resolution ability interventions and team mindfulness at the workplace. My aim is to conduct evidence based empirical research guided by open science principles, and to systematically assess the current state of research through meta-analytic work.
