M Sc Rahel Zubler
My research focuses on well-being during the transition to motherhood. I investigate which contextual factors, behaviors, and individual traits and abilities shape how women's well-being changes as they become mothers, and how that well-being fluctuates from day to day. Beyond motherhood, I'm interested in digital behaviors such as phubbing and procrastination, and how they relate to well-being in everyday life.
Methodologically, I rely on intensive longitudinal designs (daily diary studies and passive smartphone sensing) to capture how people think, feel, and behave in real time.
